The defintion of "grift" is "ways of getting money dishonestly that involve tricking someone".
I don't see anything dishonest about what Klein is doing.
He's not mis-using a position of public trust to get rich, and there is nothing wrong with speaking to coroporate audiences. Lots of good people do it.
Finding ways to monetized your knowledge seems like a smart thing, whether by starting a YouTube channel, writing books, or working as a paid speaker.
