...but I've been here a long time. Since the days of the mail list 30-some years ago. I had created the handle "UCLAFirst" pre-Trump era, when it was a response to what I thought of the tail-wag-the-dog priorities of putting football/sports over education. Things have only gotten exponentially worse since then.

Of course, that's probably not going to satisfy you, but that's not going to affect my posting either way.
