… out system was the number of “traditions” that substituted for laws, and permitted a heinous sociopath to do whatever the hell he wants to. If these “unwritten laws” were regularly put in writing over the years back when everyone agreed with them, perhaps our SCOTUS wouldn’t be so right wing, and our congress would be in a better position to serve in its checks and balances roles.
