Surly with all the police around the scene, they should have taken a statement and asked for ID. And I hope they treated the location as a potential crime scene and obtained witness statements, including from other ICE officers present.
A police officer involved shooting is investigated and that protocol should apply to ICE officers too. A badge should not be construed as a license to kill.
