The DOJ has the case on their website, it was june 2025, and the guy who got dragged, the murderer was NOT run down by the car. He was trying to detain a 40 year old male, the guy didn't comply so he broke the REAR window of the car, reached in and was trying to unlock the car and the guy drove forward. his arm got caught and he got dragged.
So he wasn't intentionally hit and he wasn't intentionally dragged.
