Not going to go point by point but this one is so false and stupid to be risible:

The only risk of serious injury or death was created by the ICE cop shooting into a moving vehicle as it went past him.
The car didn't hit the ICE Thug and wasn't in danger of hitting him. He was walking around briskly after he killed the woman with no sign of injury.
