The election is fair only when Donald Trump wins.

The fact that he is trying to mess with election now shows he is really afraid of losing the midterm.

But it doesn't matter if passport is required. Most people, including those with passports, are pissed at him. And most of voters without passports are from the red states (uneducated people usually don't travel outside of country), so this would backfire at Donald Trump.
