We didn’t have free and fair elections prior to passage of the Voting Rights Act in the 1960s.

Since the FEDSOC SCOTUS rewrote (and essentially deleted) portions of the Voting Rights Act certain states have purposefully worked to weaken free and fair elections by weakening rights and enacting measures of voter suppression which were illegal on their face prior to evisceration of the VRA.

The so called “SAVE” act consists of every mechanism that was used to suppress minority votes prior to passage of the VRA along with new provisions specifically designed to further suppress that demographic and further measures designed to suppress the votes of women.
