I would hope that Hegseth's crew has embedded observers in Ukraine's military to observe how they do what they do with what they have.
In spite of all our aircraft carriers and stealth bombers, they're probably still ahead of us in some ways.
In Russia v Ukraine, I think Dementia Donnie has picked the wrong side. He's more focused on the business deals he and his cronies can make with Russia than the conflict itself.
