Slick ad pushing for it against a proposition tells you where the big money is. And that's an indication to me to lean towards the other side.
For political candidates, the ads signal which segment of the population of what kinds of larger message they're shooting for. And that shows you what their campaign strategy is, which to me is not nothing.
