It will likely be a bunch of MAGA hanger on hoping to catch some attention before the shine of MAGA dies.

How many neo-cons were there after W Bush? Paul Ryan and a few others whose thought neo-cons were popular.

2028 will be when all of the Dems heavy weights come out.
