Radiation therapy?

If that's the case, I'm not sure what there is in that area to radiate. The spine? The upper right portion of the lungs? Lymphatic modes are generally either further up in the neck or further down.

I'm sure there's something there that's not coming to me right now. Is there any suggestion out there?
