There may be some dots to connect.
Trump and Putin have met a few times when no one else was in the room.
I suspect they've come to a tacit understanding to trade Ukraine for Cuba. Cuba in America's sphere; Ukraine in Russia's.
I also suspect some of you will think I'm crazy, and some of you will think I'm just stating what is already obvious.
And you might both be right.
