Those are ground launched, and that kind of range requires a larger UAV especially if it is to carry any significant payload.
Having a ship approach within a few hundred miles across the vast, mostly empty Pacific to launch drones undetected seems like it would be difficult to pull off? Especially if any kind of real damage was the intent. I guess it could be tried as a morale victory, similar to the Doolittle Raid.
I would think a raid like that would be easier to pull off on the coast of Florida, with its many islands and more coastal ttraffic.
