A party in power can delay elections until all of a sudden it can’t. Bibi exploited the October 7 attacks to call snap elections which has kept him in power for the last 4 years.
Next elections are October. We will see at that point. Bibi is corrupt and unpopular in many segments of Israeli society. He is definitely not a unifying figure.
