I was waiting for a slow news day to post this. Haven't been many lately, though. Some clever person here will have a good idea for me.
I have a friend I met online in a sports message board many years ago, even predating this one. We've corresponded ever since but never discussed anything but sports, family stuff and the O.J. trial. I met him once in person when his school played UCLA in Pauley.
I have no idea what his politics are, but would like to find out without asking him directly (who did you vote for or what so you think of the current administration type questions). Here are the only hints I have: He lives in a red state, but in an only slightly red suburb of a big city. He has a small law practice. He said he used Ivermectin during Covid, a MAGA thing.
So what questions could I ask him without him knowing I'm trying to find out his politics?
