Not really.
Russia will never be at zero because they can still build some units. They, however, cannot refurbish their old stockpile.
First, the tank stockpiles have run out.
Now, more recently, the infantry vehicles have run out.
They had a 10-to-1 advantage in planes over Ukraine, but now we see Ukraine, in specific areas, having air dominance. We are seeing fewer planes because some they don’t have the capability to build, and others are being harvested for parts.
They still have artillery, but they are running out of barrels, so it is less precise.
They still have radar and air defense, which continue to be a Ukraine priority.
In terms of drones and missiles, they continue to increase in numbers.
