This goes back to the other day when I said Marc Elias is pushing Dems to vote in person if possible.
The other part of this EO requires DHS to make a list of citizens and only they are allowed to vote and then states can only send vote by mail ballots to "approved" voters and they must have secure envelopes with barcodes that identify the voter etc.
So the point is he's trying to scare Americans into NOT voting by mail and then make it harder for them to vote in person by using ICE. And that's the plan. But not Americans, Democrat Americans.
Elias is already saying they're preparing a lawsuit, it's completely illegal etc.
We are literally headed for civil war
