A guy with dreadlocks lived in a toney area of San Diego county (or maybe it was South OC) and he liked to take walks. The po-po kept stopping him and asking for his ID. He refused, and took the case all the way to the Supreme Court and won. That was the fking Burger Court, a reactionary lot to be sure but not the fking FEDSOC judicial Calvinball clowns of the Roberts Court and the Kavanagh stop. He won, I think it was unanimous. 40 years of FEDSOC crapone changed all that.
