They did that every time Trump went ahead and made up stuff about any talks or agreements. Not this time.

I think Trump completely recapitulated and Iran's guarantee in this is the knowledge that they can completely shut down the strait and there's nothing Trump can do about it.

We'll obviously find out more in the next few days. This is just pure speculation on my part.
