If you want to go beyond the initial euphoria that "a civilization will not end", it's really not cleat who agreed to what.
Iran is not negotiating with the US directly or indirectly, officially. But under the counter? Who knows?
The proposal to postpone the "destruction of a civilization" came from a Pakistani proposal, and there are signs that the US (= Trump) was really pushing for Pakistan to put something out there, at least on Xitter.
Iran has said that they don't agree to the "Islamabad Accord", i.e., the opening of the Strait in exchange of a stay of execution for the Persian civilization, and they proposed their 10-point plan. I don't think the Islamabad Accord is a 10 point plan.
Trump said that 10 point plan is workable. That 10 point plan has been Iran's demands, as far as I understand, which came as a response to US's 15 point plan, which Iran rejected.
So it is really not clear to me as to who agreed to what, what is included in the agreement, where do we go from here, and how we get there. The only thing that seems to have happened is that Trump sees a sign of hope that he can perhaps get himself out of the corner he painted himself to.
There is a chance that what he learned from this episode is that Iran is really not an entity to be messed with without accepting some major damage in return, which is why Israel never wanted to go it alone. They're not trying to convince the US to join their attack on the West Bank or Lebanon or Syria, but they do with Iran. (That was for a reason, dumb dumb!)
So I'm guessing regardless of there being no actual agreement we can point at right now, this will end up with Iran getting their concessions on the 10 point plan, practically winning the conflict, while Trump declaring voctory and moving on to another nation state he has a better chance of dominating to partially salve his bruised ego.
He'd been looking for a way out and now he's pretending like the crisis was averted and he doesn't have to "destroy a civilization".
He is a deranged psychotic and needs to be taken out of the White House in a straightjacket.
