Because Israel can't stop bombing Lebanon like a kid who can't stop eating the free candy.
Meanwhile Trump's "Art of the Deal" obviously doesn't include going over the agreement line by line and making sure that both parties understand what's in it and what's not. Or there was no agreement to go over, it's just Trump agreeing to whatever it takes to open the strait, while Iran made it clear from the start that the state of Lebanon was part of the deal.
They don't get it. Iran means business and Trump is "negotiating" from a position of weakness.
