We wasted 24B on homeless intiatives that were basically designed as a get rich quick program for Democrat politicians and their supporters via funeling through useless NGO's as long as they are connected and play ball... High speed rail speaks for itself in the level of grift there and maybe this decade we may get a people mover out of LAX but apparently not enough Democrat politicians have been greased for that to happen just yet...

And yet, Democrats will keep voting for the same grifters as long as there is a lemming (D) at the end of their name.
