Our best shot is having a Democratic House and Senate, form committees to keep hounding the administration, keeping them busy, disrupting their actions, riling up the public against them, become an obstacle to his agenda the way Republicans can effectively block all Democratic presidents.
That does not happen, however, without a total change in party leadership in both houses. If we're heading into 2027 with the current leadership, you can forget about being a disruption. Instead the party will keep talking about the economy and "kitchen table issues" and nothing else lest the boat is rocked.
