For my 206 dollar claim I had to upload additional documents to prove it's me including proof that I lived at that address at one point. It was 2016 so I had to find a tax return that had a W2 I could use which I had. Scan that find other documents and scan those. I assume there's a dollar amount cutoff the 70 dollar one didn't require that.
AS I was doing it I was thnking I'm only doing this because of 200 dollars but Republicans want to force all of us to do this to vote. If you don't have a scanner the only way to do it is make copies of the documents and mail them. So if you don't have a printer that has a scanner you presumably also can't make a copy without going somewhere paying for that, then paying to mail those documents, then hope the post office gets them to the state early enough to get you registered to vote.
Was a pretty eye opening look at why the SAVE America Act is so nefarious. It took me almost 2 hours to find and scan what I needed
On the page where you upload it, it says it can take as long as 180 days for them to verify and process. now imagine that if millions of people are doing this in states to be allowed to vote
