There are a ton.

Clinton/Biden did the crime bill.
Clinton put time limits and work requirements on welfare.
Clinton signed the repeal of Glass-Steagall.
Clinton federally defined marriage is between a man and a woman.

Clinton initiated many things that the GOP could then build on.

Biden was against school integration.
Biden made it impossible to bankrupt from credit card dept.
Biden authored the crime bill.
Signed the defense of marriage act though initiated the federal movement for LGBTQ marriage rights.
Expanded 9/11 surveillance measures.

Biden was a conservative Dem until he was voted in with Obama. I like Biden's 2nd act aside from running for office a second term but prior he was a progressive road block.
