Lindsay Graham introducing legislation to authorize 400 million twice what they said orignally, of taxpayer money to pay for it "for the good of the country." Graham said we'll pay for it with offsetting customs taxes(tariffs).
Earlier today it was revealed Trump awarded the contractor a no bid contract, and that part of the contract 2.5% of it goes to.... DJT. Note Trump gets a percentage of the "donations" which will not be given back under Lindsay Grahams' bill
