He as a woman on who wrote a book on Roberts. She calls out how Roberts is blatantly putting his whole body on the scales for the election.

in 2020 the census made it clear Louisiana was 33% black but he allowed their maps that were 6-1 white districts saying it too close to the 2022 election to change the map. They eventually went to the 5-2 and now have been ordered to go back to 6-1 because of the Callais ruling.

On Alabama in 2022 he agreed that their maps were illegal, but Jan was too close to the election so they would use the illegal maps. in may of 2026 they ruled on the same state being allowed to go to a gerrymandered map after Callais. The deadline for the ruling was 5pm on Friday, at 5:39, after the deadline, SCOTUS ruled not only could Alabama change their map, they could use it now in May, 4 months later then 2022 when they said it was too close to the election. When Dems argued they had missed the deadline, Roberts said the deadline was not binding.

Then Virginia the Dems challenged the State SC, and when Republicans argued to keep the new maps they said, it's too close to the election to change, it should be apparent anything after X is too close, and X was the exact day they changed the maps after State SC said they could.

SCOTUS eventually agreed Virginia had violated the rules and in their ruling said it was too close to the election anyways but Virgina was free to try in 2028.
