The lady who falsely claimed he assaulted her had to give all the money back and now she's being investigated for fraud.
That is 100% categorically false, another example of you lying in defense of Trump. The same Trump who, according to the Epstein Files, raped a 13 year old girl.
Trump was found liable for assault and for defamation by two different juries. The lady did not "falsely claim" anything according to two juries.
She didn't have to "give all the money back" because Trump has never paid the judgments. Instead he filed appeals, and now he is directing the Department of Justice to prosecute her to get out of paying.
She is not being investigated for fraud, either. The DoJ is trying to indict her for alleged perjury in a deposition in a state civil case, because she is on Trump's enemy list.
