Judge Kathleen Williams today reopented the case saying she wants to examine whether the case being dismissed was "premised on deception" because Trumps team asked her to dismiss the case without revealing they had a settlment that would create the slush fund.

So a judge earlier today ruled they can't put any money in the fund or disperse any money from it. And Williams now says the original lawsuit is opened again as she intends to investigate whether the entire thing was a fraud.

Note the case missed the Statute of LImitations, Habba lied about that they have her on tape admitting she's aware of the return leak well before the 2 years. And the IRS rules clearly state in such a situation the IRS can't be sued, you have to sue the individual who leaked the information. That individual already went to jail, and numerous other people were not allowed to sue the IRS for that very reason.

So it's quite likely judge Williams will throw out the case now that it's open again and then the settlement will be declared invalid
