Considering that a promise from Iran is probably as good as a promise from Trump, what inspection and monitoring protocols are included?
According to AI, "Iran has between $100 billion and $120 billion in assets frozen globally." Does Trump's deal authorize the release of $24 billion of those assets to Iran, or require that the US Taxpayers stump up that amount of money?
And will the Straits of Hormuz return to its status as an International Waterway, which according to AI, "gives all nations a non‑suspendable right of transit passage, meaning Iran and Oman cannot legally block or impede ships moving between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman/Arabian Sea."
