The MOU states that Iran won't make a nuclear weapon, but what about the nuclear materials, the enriched uranium, that Iran already has?
The MOU says that "the fate of all other" nuclear issues "will be addressed in a final agreement" but until there is a final agreement the parties will maintain the status quo -- in other words, the UE remains where it is, in Iran.
The Strait of Hormuz will open, and Iran will get relief from sanctions and access to a sh!t ton of money.
