he's reportedly refusing to drop out unless they let him pick his successor which is nuts. He lied to the DNC for a year and now wants control?

they have a plan to have a mini open run if you will and pick the winner. Mills is 78 so she's not ideal but she may be the frontrunner not clear.

note as moron is talking about how the Dems do it, the Republicans are actively making up phone calls with McConnell, who by most accounts is in a coma, so they can bypass the special election until after Aug 13 and they don't have to worry about Massie running for his seat. And the GOP is fine with that.
