People are deseaitized to ''socialsim'' as a word

The problem with "communism" is that I'm not sure if most people even remember that as a threat. Boomers will surely snap into fear by the mention of it, but beyond that... He might've said "ogres" and it would have the same impact.

Is "liberal" still the deadly label it used to be though? I don't see Democrats embracing it the way DSA embraces "socialism".
