I think Don Jr talked Trump into picking JD. Of course Pedolf will keep JD under his thumb through Don Jr. It might be enough to keep the MAGA coalition intact. Imagine the buzz over Trump/Vance 2024, Vance/Trump 2028, Vance/Trump 2032. Who will be Don Jr's VP in 36?

So we will have a Trump on a national ticket four consecutive elections. That matches the record set by FDR and HW Bush. This country is so cooked.
