I first met him in person at the Woodenstock gatherings at mrnewguy's house. It was, shall we say, tense. One later Woodenstock was held at OldBitter's house, and I attended that. We mostly avoided each other, as I recall.
I don't remember how many seasons I "organized" BZ pre-game gatherings at Pauley, but it was pretty unpleasant when both and I were there. Some time later, I offered and he accepted a ride home from me following a game at Pauley. It was okay between us for that short time. But the antagonism was still pretty obvious to everyone here on BZ.
