He wants members of the military to be tested for proper levels of testosterone, observing the obvious that levels of testosterone starts lowering in men due to aging.
So what's the point?

-- how manly is it for a man to feel the need for extra testosterone? Isn't it admission, by the same logic, that you're deficient?'
-- does he understand that low testosterone does not mean gay?
-- increasing the military's blood pressure mean and incidence of heart and lever issues?
-- did we learn absolutely nothing from the anabolic steroid craze in the 90s?
-- what exactly is he trying to compensate for?
