So he explained the nonsense that Trump blurted about Venezuela.
No they didn't tamper in the US election but they tampered with the voting machines in their own election, and they use the same ones we do that was what Trump was claiming.
The problem is what they actually did is what Trump wants to do, they just didn't count votes against Maduro. First they refused to let the opposition candidate run, then they rigged the election by not counting votes for the other candidate.
They didn't "hack the machines" they just didn't count votes and used military control to put down opposition.
