with some solid songs (always loved 39), but my personal opinion is that it was always slightly overvalued by fans who were understandably craving for something good from the band. I would personally place it in the good but not great category. A couple of notches below Lost World. Several notches above the rest of post-wish.
But then I'm kind of an oddball fan. I prefer Faith over Pornography and Wish over Disintegration. I also think The Top is unjustly maligned. Give me Piggy in the Mirror any day of the week, I say.
