Source is Michael Mix. Probably old news, but new to me. Posted FWIW

"Iran hit Bahrain, and the USS Abraham Lincoln felt it.
National security reporter David Rohde says Iran knocked out the main U.S. naval logistics hub in Bahrain, leaving the Lincoln dependent on supplies from Diego Garcia, 2,200 miles away.
He also claims Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth "hid" how bad the damage really was. On the other hand, Hegseth says reports of crisis conditions aboard the carrier are "completely misrepresented."
Meanwhile, the Lincoln has reportedly spent over 250 days at sea, with food rationing, broken plumbing and a crew under serious strain.
The Bahrain hub could cost around $400 million to rebuild.
The USS George Washington is now heading in to relieve the Lincoln.
Either way, the Lincoln's marathon deployment may finally be nearing its end."
