US says Canada demanded changes at the last second, Canada says not true the US made late changes that were not economically sensible. Carney says he will match Trump dollar for dollar on tariffs. Canadian media says the tariffs are going to be "very focused" which appears to be a polite way of saying we are going to tariff the crap out of red states once we figure out what they actually do.
