He would just get more and more belligerent until he gets a reaction from someone.

I'm all for ignoring him but let's not fool ourselves into thinking that he would go away under any circumstances. Going away when you're being ignored happens with people who have a sense of dignity and self-respect. That's not who this idiot is.
