That's the best you can hope for from this supreme Court.
Don't forget that (a) Roberts has an intrinsic dislike for voters and has always voted against them, and (b) Kavanaugh just wants to be in the majority and has no spine otherwise.
My guess is, this goes to the Supreme, you're getting 4-5 in favor of Trump. Or the decision is delayed and delayed and delayed and then comes down against Trump in December. Or sometime the following year.
