All they had to do was remove punitive tariffs they have had in place forever and wouldn't do it.

I have family in Toronto that whenever they go shopping they go across the border, whenever in socal they shop shop shop. LMFAO...

But in the end, the amount of goods Canada produces is completely insignificant.
