This one gets me at my core:
I've heard it translated as "be reasonable", but it turns out it's "be realistic" … either way -- and in either reading: whether it's "be grounded in reality while you're demanding the impossible" or "realistically speaking, you gotta demand the impossible". I welcome both.
That's why I keep arguing for the positions I regularly argue even when I'm told it won't happen here or that what I'm asking for is impossible in the US. Nope. I'm being realistic.
