URGENT: The USDA has recalled nearly 30,000 pounds of beef, warning of “serious adverse health consequences or death.”
The recalled beef was shipped to stores in Texas and Florida and imported from Argentina by the Trump administration in their effort to undercut American ranchers and the price of U.S. beef.
The impacted products were sold under the “FrigorIfico Gorina SAIC” brand and include: “Top Sirloin Butt” (“Cuadril Sin Tapa”), “Eye Round” (“Peceto”), “Topside Cap Off” (“Nalga AD S/Tapa”), “Flat” (“Carnaza Cuadrada”), and “Knuckle” (“Bola de Lomo”).
The USDA is urging consumers to check their freezers and not consume these products, saying they “should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.” See less
