THe coroner is saying the baby died of a ruptured spleen. Apparently measles can cause enlarged spleens which can then rupture, the coroner says he has no evidence it was enlarged but admitted it would be impossible to know once it has ruptured.

The health secretary there, Dr Debra Bogen says she's quite confident both cases were measles related they have overwhelming evidence.

Woodnut is of course spewing teh right wing spin that it wasn't measles because RFK jr just casually threw out yesterday he thinks Josh Shapiro's office fabricated the 2 deaths to make REpublicans look bad.
