Biden signed the $1.9T American Rescue Plan, but it wasn't simply “baselined” into permanent spending. Some spending was temporary, some programs were extended, and calling it all “wasteful” is a political characterization.
“[That spending] spurred 9.2% inflation.” — FALSE / MISLEADING
Inflation peaked at 9.1%, not 9.2%. The ARP likely contributed significantly to inflation, but it wasn't solely responsible for the 9.1% rate.
“All [of that happened] before the Ukraine war.” — FALSE
Inflation was already high before Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, but the 9.1% peak occurred in June 2022, after the invasion. The war also substantially increased energy and commodity prices.
“[Biden] caused the Ukraine war.” — FALSE / UNSUPPORTED
Biden's policies and rhetoric can be criticized, but there is no solid evidence that Biden caused Putin to invade Ukraine.

Biden's fiscal policies likely contributed to inflation, and reasonable economists can criticize the size and timing of the ARP. But “incompetence caused the inflation” is a political judgment, not an established causal fact.
“Trump's inflation was caused by national-security interests.” — MISLEADING
The Iran war had a national-security rationale and contributed to inflation through energy prices. But inflation itself isn't “caused by national-security interests”; the war caused an energy/commodity shock that contributed to inflation.
