In this particular case the lack of charges against Trump are because she doesn't accuse him of anything directly.
The point is he was 46 years old living right by Epstein and what she describes is a "before party" at Epsteins involving underage girls, drugs, alcohol and girls being SA'd by adult men. She goes into great details about the house, she was walking around in it she described the layout, where rooms were where "off limits" rooms were. Her description of that layout has since been corroborated by authorities who originally didn't believe her, they confirmed the most likely way she knew that was she had in fact been in Epsteins house as she said she had.
And during that partt the entire group of people were personally invited to go to MAl, by Trump via Maxwell. It shows how close Trump was to Epstein and Maxwell and it shows that in 1992 in the height of Epsteins crimes, Trump was openly inviting underage girls to come from Epsteins to his house. That's not normal, that's not an innocent bystander, that's NOT a guy who had no idea what was going on and reported it as soon as he found out. That's at best a guy who knew his neighbor and good friend was assaulting underage girls and invited it into Mar A Lago.
And the part she says that's the worst, her recruiter Lisa didn't prevent her from going to MAL to protect her, she didn't want her to go because she was not a prostitute and had not done drugs, Lisa was afraid that Molly wouldn't cooperate at the party at Trumps house and would be a problem.
