You don't need years of education to grasp this. Anyone who casually says something like "I don't know if that's true or false" and "I know it's false" demonstrates the basic understanding of the difference.

And yet this simplest f*cking thing is outside his reach. On behalf of all humanity and all the regular people out there, I find this to be deeply offensive.
